Q: How long is a card good for? A: One Card is good for 240 hours or 10 days of 24/7 access.
Q: Does Botsmall provide monthly cards? A: Yes, buy 2 cards and charge them to your normal bot account, then convert to 30 days access.
Q: What does "Manually Approved" mean? A: We reserve the right to have our staff manually approve your order.
Q: How long does it take to get "Manually Approved"? A: It depends on the time of day you make your purchase, but could take up to 12 hours from the time we are told your payment was successful.

Q: My account is not "enabled" can you enable it? A: Once you have made payment during normal service hours we will enable your account.
Q: Should I contact you to get my account "enabled"?? A: No, this only slows us down if we have to read everyone's E-Mail.
Q: What happens if I file a dispute with Paypal? A: Cards cancelled, account ban FOREVER NO EXCEPTIONS.
