You are only purchasing a Game Card and not the software.

The forums is used for our community, all support is user to user and we are not required to answer support in the forums.
You may only have one account on this payment system at a time.
.:: CANELLATIONS ::.Bot Networks reserves the right to terminate a clients account at anytime without prior notification if the account is in breach of the listed terms and conditions.
A client can choose to lock their account from future purchases at any time.
Bot Networks will retain a clients record for at least 365 days after last successful purchase.

Bot Networks does not issue refunds at any time for any reason.

You may NOT create more then one account on our system.
You may NOT use the say payment method for a new affiliate sign up.
Affiliate Payouts are currently at 5% of total first sell.
Affiliate Programming is currently being written for use at this site only.
All Affiliate payouts will be given as an in-site credit to be used on your next purchase.
All Affiliate Commissions will be saved until the programming to support in-site credits becomes availible.
This affiliate program subject to change or be cancelled at anytime.
If this program is cancelled all commissions will be forfitted.

Bot Networks will do everything to avoid chargeback's from being received from its customers.
Bot Networks provides many means of dispute resolution, if you, as a Bot Networks customer, have a question or problem with a charge from us, we will be happy work with you to resolve it, and avoid a chargeback.
In the event that you do issue a chargeback, Bot Networks will use this document, encrypted transaction logs, and customer's agreement at the time of order to dispute your chargeback with your bank and our processing company. If customer supplied a valid reason for refund, Bot Networks will gladly apply a refund ONLY if requirements as specified above are met.
Any dispute / charge back attempts will immediately result in suspension of account and possible referral to an outside, third-party collection agency.
Any customer who provides a credit card charge back in response to a bill and or order placed at Bot Networks will be subject to collection agency action and /or turned over to the local law enforcement.
Bot Networks logs every transaction from every customer.
These logs are encrypted so NO ONE can change them.
Once your transaction is completed and logged in our database, it will be proof you have made this purchase.
We may append the following fees to your past-due or disputed balance before referral to our third party collection agency:
$150.00 processing fee and/or a 22% collection fee to cover our costs in collection amounts past due.
Please note that a collection agency action may affect your credit.
Please make sure that you AGREE to the Terms Of Services and our Privacy Policy before starting your account with us.
All Products are saved within the website for a maxium of 180 days, after which time we reserve the right to delete such products from our database. It is YOUR responsibility to take care of your products when you purchase them.
You agree that you take ALL legal responsibility for account use and that you supply current and truthful
details when signing up.
You agree any legal proceedings filed by Bot Networks or yourself will be filed within the state of Washington USA.
